Please review the following Online Auction Terms and Conditions carefully to ensure your full understanding before bidding on/purchasing vehicles listed on motobidia.com.

By bidding on/purchasing this vehicle on motobidia.com you are entering a legally binding contract to secure your offer with a 10% deposit of the purchase price you submit with Motobidia, LLC within 24 hours of receiving an "End of Auction" notification from Motobidia, LLC if you are the highest bidder/buyer of the abovementioned vehicle upon its auction end. You are solely responsible for checking your email and/or invoice section of My Account on motobidia.com to determine whether you have won this auction upon its end.

Failure to deposit 10% of your winning offer within the time frame specified above will result in bid/purchase cancellation and motobidia.com membership termination.

By submitting your security deposit, you authorize Motobidia, LLC to proceed with the acquisition of the vehicle on your behalf and you are entering a legal contract to complete the purchase of the vehicle by submitting the 90% balance of the purchase price offer you have submitted on motobidia.com if we succeed in acquiring the vehicle on your behalf at the dealer auction.

Your security deposit is FULLY REFUNDABLE if we don't acquire the vehicle on your behalf at the dealer auction.

Your deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE under the following conditions:

• We acquire the vehicle on your behalf AND,
• You fail to pay the remaining 90% of the purchase price within the specified time frame in the notification instructions received from Motobidia via email and posted in My Account.

Unless otherwise noted, you are required to complete the transaction if we acquire the vehicle on your behalf within 48 hours of notification of such acquisition. Methods of payment are subject to Motobidia's approval.
